Women's Self Defense

No Belts. No Gis. No Guys….

This program serves as an introduction to the fundamentals of effective self-protection for women.  Participants are be exposed to an aspect of self-protection, be taught a series of skills and then engage in exercises and drills that reinforce the relevant skill set. including critical Soft Skills. Soft Skills are a series of non-physical concepts that are crucial to self-defense. These skills include awareness concepts, verbal de-escalation tactics and the ability to identify the different types of violence.
